FAQs
Will castor oil clog my pores?
Castor oil is generally considered low on the comedogenic scale, so it is unlikely to clog pores for most skin types. Every skin is different, so start with a little, a few nights a week, and patch test first, especially on your face.

Can I use this while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Pregnancy: Please don’t use castor oil, castor oil packs or navel patches during pregnancy, especially over the belly. Talk with your healthcare provider before using castor oil in any form while pregnant.
Breastfeeding and postpartum: Check with your provider before adding castor oil to your routine.
Can I use it on my lashes and brows?
Yes. At night, roll gently along your brows and the base of your lashes with your eyes closed. Keep the oil out of your eyes. If any gets in, rinse with water.
Is the roller real rose quartz?
Yes. Every roll-on uses a real rose quartz roller, never plastic.
Can I refill the Rose Quartz Roll-On?
Technically yes, but we don’t generally encourage it. The top can be difficult to remove, and hygiene is our number one concern. Since the roller goes directly on your face and body, contamination is a real risk if the bottle and roller aren’t fully sanitized before refilling.
If you do choose to refill:
- Sanitize the bottle and roller completely before adding new oil.
- Keep separate bottles for face and body if you use oil on both.
- An ergonomic bottle opener can help with the top.
For the safest, most hygienic experience, we always recommend starting fresh with a new bottle.
