Elham’s Castor Oil began at home, with a mother’s resilience, a daughter’s devotion and a nightly ritual we shared long before we ever bottled it.

My name is Elham, though everyone who knows me calls me Ellie. There was a time when I had to rebuild my health from the ground up.
After suffering from the debilitating effects of Breast Implant Illness (BII), I was nearly wheelchair-bound. After my explant, I slowly began to feel like myself again, and castor oil, which I’d already been using for years, became an even bigger part of how I cared for my body every night, massaged into my chest and belly.
Today I’m in my fifties and completely natural, with no implants, filler or Botox. I’m living my life with energy and joy. I’ve been using castor oil for around 30 years, and it’s still part of my evening ritual.

I spent years dealing with swelling, acne, hair loss and constant fatigue, looking for ways to care for my body at the root.
As I learned to care for my body at the root, castor oil became one of the first things I reached for, and it has stayed at the center of my routine ever since. My nightly castor oil pack is the one part of my evening I never skip.
What began as my own personal journey became Elham’s, a way to share that same ritual of resilience and restoration with you.
