Return & Refund Policy

At Elham's Castor Oil, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except as outlined below.

Exceptions:

Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at elhamscastoroil@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. We require proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Once verified, we will offer a replacement product at no additional cost.

Subscriptions and Pre-Orders: Cancellations and refunds for subscription and pre-order purchases are handled under our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, not this section. Defective or damaged items received through a subscription or pre-order remain eligible for the replacement process described above.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your transaction.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of items that are not purchased online at https://www.elhamscastoroil.com.

For items purchased at one of our authorized third-party retailers, please contact them directly to determine return or exchange eligibility.

We deeply appreciate your understanding that every item is made in small batches to ensure purity, potency, and care. If you have questions about usage or suitability, we encourage you to reach out to our Elham's Support Team before placing your order.

We provide a full ingredient list for transparency and safety. Please review all ingredients carefully prior to purchase, especially if you have sensitivities. Elham's Castor Oil is not responsible for adverse reactions or allergies. In the rare event of a reaction, please contact our support team for guidance on dilution or alternative applications.

We recommend performing a patch test before incorporating our oil into your routine. If using multiple products, introduce them one at a time. Should irritation occur, pause use and reintroduce with care.

As a small-batch, artisanal brand, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preferences regarding scent, texture, or consistency.

Our products are free from preservatives, fillers, and synthetic additives. To protect its integrity, do not introduce water into the bottle and store in a cool, dry place.

Governing Law: This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Elham's Castor Oil is a trade name used by Elham's Liquid Gold, LLC.
