Make navel oiling part of your day, anywhere. These discreet, single-use organic cotton navel patches hold castor oil in place over your belly button: no mess, no stained towels, no interruptions to your flow.

Free U.S. shipping on orders $75+

How to use
  1. Lie down flat.
  2. Slowly pour castor oil into your navel, filling it like a small cup.
  3. Place a patch over your navel and go about your day.
  4. Leave it on for at least 1 hour, then peel away.

Tips: If the adhesive feels clingy, loosen it with a drop of clean oil like coconut or olive. Shaving the area the day before helps the patch lift away easily. For a milder option, add a few drops directly to the cotton center instead of filling your navel.

What’s included
  • 20 disposable organic cotton navel patches
  • Castor oil sold separately

Not recommended if you are allergic to Fixomull tape. Avoid use during pregnancy and consult your practitioner if breastfeeding.

What is navel oiling?

Navel oiling is a simple, traditional ritual of placing a few drops of oil in the belly button. The patch holds the oil in place so you can go about your day.

How long do I leave a patch on?

At least 1 hour, then peel it away. Each patch is single-use.

How do I remove a patch easily?

If the adhesive feels clingy, loosen it with a drop of clean oil like coconut or olive. Shaving the area the day before also helps the patch lift away easily.

What if I’m sensitive to adhesives?

Our patches use a gentle, skin-friendly adhesive. If you are allergic to Fixomull tape, please don’t use them.

The nighttime button shot is wonderful

Seems like a very good product. It just didn’t work out for me. My skin got very red from the adhesive. I am extremely sensitive, so I’m sure it’d be great for someone else That’s not a sensitive to adhesive but works very well in keeping the castor oil in place.

you changed them. the new patches do not stick well and the fabric around the patch is no longer soft.

You're absolutely right-- we heard people's feedback and decided to change them back to the original patches that everyone loved! We are so excited for you all to enjoy them again :)
